Products
We sell digital fitness products including workout programs delivered through your account dashboard. Spring Break Shred is a 5-week digital workout program created by Kadin Kerns. All products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you have accessed your dashboard and downloaded or viewed program content, we cannot issue refunds. If you have a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will resolve it.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others. One purchase grants access for one individual. If we detect account sharing, we reserve the right to suspend access.
Health Disclaimer
Our workout programs are for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from following our content. Exercise carries inherent risk — train smart.
Intellectual Property
All program content, workout plans, exercise descriptions, and media are owned by Kadin Kerns and Global TLNT Product Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from this platform.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
